Features mainly include:
- Acetabular dysplasia1
- Coxa valga1
- Hypoplastic femoral epiphyses1
Normal X-ray:

Normal hips and pelvis4
Symptoms may include:
- Abnormal gait/limp2
- Hip instability3
- Hip dislocation3
- Limited range of motion
MPS X-rays:

Patient with MPS I. Note significant hip dysplasia, poorly developed acetabulum(發育不良的髖臼), coxa valga(髖關節外翻) and dislocation of the femoral heads(股骨頭脫臼).3

Patient with MPS. Note capital femoral epiphyseal dysplasia and lower iliac wing tapering.4

Pediatric patient with MPS I. Note the valgus position of the femoral heads and very shallow acetabulum.5
